Julie Ingerfield
Chair
Julie is a native Californian who arrived Britain in 1992 on the coattails of an English husband. Originally a Nurse, Julie co-founded a professional organisation for her specialty which grew across the US during her tenure as Executive President. Once in the UK she & her husband opened & ran a successful B&B in Wells. In retirement she served as a volunteer locally in Wiltshire. In 2018 as a new widow, she fulfilled the dream of coming to Bath to live where she thrives thanks to the people, the culture and the beauty of our city.

The Parsons are a very active family often spotted running or cycling up & down our road while enjoying more exotic sports when travelling.
Adrian Abbs
Neighbourhood Officer MidBloomfield
Adrian has been a Bath resident since 1992 when he moved to the city to study Architecture at the University. He fell in love with the city and has stayed here ever since. Adrian has been living on Bloomfield Road since 2012; his interest in the local environment was a strong factor in him establishing The Friends of the Bloomfield Tumps volunteer group who help the council look after our woodland.
Professor Toby Jenkins
Neighbourhood Officer Higher Bloomfield
Toby works for the University of Bath developing materials to detect & treat wound infections. While he uses every form of transport himself he is keen on making our road work better for all of us by reducing speed & traffic.
Ed Catchpole
Neighbourhood Officer Castle Gardens
My wife & I moved to Bath from the Chew Valley over 10 years ago and are enjoying living here. My interests are varied ranging from classic cars to walking and conservation. I volunteer with a number of organisations including the Friends of the Bloomfield Tumps and Steepholm Island in the Bristol Channel.
Chloe Fletcher
Neighbourhood Officer Lower Bloomfield
Chloe moved to Bath & Bloomfield Road in the summer of 2009. Her 3 kids are young adults now but at the time thought Bloomfield Green was their own private park! They learnt in time to share it with others. This area has been a great place for them to grow up; Bloomfield Road has provided her while family with a friendly, caring and supportive community. They have always enjoyed city & countryside walks (and now, with a dog, even more!), our independent cinemas, cycling, running and access to the Two Tunnels which offer a flat route & direct access to the countryside
